What this policy covers
This policy covers www.multispaceai.com, the MultiSpaceAI Technologies company website. FreePare is a separate product with its own privacy policy, which governs any data you provide while using it.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional company name, subject and message you typed. Our server also notes the IP address a submission came from, briefly, so that one address cannot send the form dozens of times; it is not linked to your message and it is not kept. Nothing else on this site collects personal information.
How we use it
To read your message and reply to it. We do not add contact-form submissions to a mailing list, we do not sell or share them, and we do not use them for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept in our email for as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted when it is not. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@multispaceai.com and we will do it within 30 days.
